| The pre-service training system for primary and secondary school teachers in the United States has not only trained a large number of excellent primary and secondary school teachers in the United States,improved the strength of basic education teachers,but also laid a foundation for the development of the global education industry.Among them,curriculum is an important foundation for ensuring the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers,and it is also the focus of pre-service training for primary and secondary school teachers.Since the20 th century,the pre-service training curriculum for primary and secondary school teachers in the United States has experienced three stages: the period of teachers college,the period of university,and the period of professional development.This study selects pre service training courses for primary and secondary school teachers in the United States after the 20 th century as the research topic,and analyzes the development of the goals,content,and structure of pre service training courses for primary and secondary school teachers in the United States under the influence of educational ideas,policies,and systems in various periods since the 20 th century.It also analyzes the trends and problems of curriculum development in each period from the development process.This paper is mainly divided into three parts: The first part is an introduction,which comprehensively discusses and analyzes the reasons for choosing the topic,the significance of the research,and relevant literature.The second part is the main content of the paper,which consists of five chapters.The first chapter discusses the background and process of the development of preservice training courses for primary and secondary school teachers in the United States since the20 th century,analyzes the basic background from two dimensions of economy and primary and secondary school reform,and describes the basis for dividing the course development process into three stages.The second chapter is the exploration period of curriculum development,which focuses on cultivating the "professionalism" of pre-service teachers in primary and secondary schools.The third chapter is about the development period of curriculum development,and the curriculum began to tend to cultivate the "academic nature" of pre-service teachers in primary and secondary schools.The fourth chapter is the perfect period of curriculum development,focusing on the integration of theoretical courses and practical courses,comprehensively optimizing the curriculum system,and promoting the professional development of pre-service teachers in primary and secondary schools.The fifth chapter summarizes the experience that can be used for reference by combing the development of pre-service training courses for primary and secondary school teachers in the United States since the 20 th century,including scientific setting of curriculum goals,integration of curriculum content,and optimization of curriculum structure,providing a possible path for the construction and development of primary and secondary school teachers in China.The third part is the conclusion,summarizing the development direction of pre-service training courses for primary and secondary school teachers in the United States since the 20th century. |
