Differences in education of the ecological environment make differentareas students enjoy various education resources and surrounding.Positive or negative ecological environment has adapted to the dynamicimpact to improve students’ academic achievement. Located in Wan XiuVillage, one of the largest urban villages in Nanning City, Fu ZhuangSchool is running for children of migrant workers and rely them todevelop. The thesis takes Fu Zhuang School as an example, analyzes thepresent situation of school, and the background of political, economic andcultural outside the school, to explore the impact of natural ecology,social ecology, ecological on children’s education of migrant worker. Inthe author’s opinion, due to the influence of Xiao Qin Zun Shi, atraditional culture, students show a positive attitude from external. While,because the many aspects, such as community, family, school haveshortage education resource, and they put low awareness on the children’sstudy, students are showing negative psychology in learning. Besides,their academic achievement is generally lower than the state schoolsstudents’ in the same regional.
