Atpresentthepublicpay more and moreattentiontothe youngstudents’physicalqualityandhealth, whichisgenerallyrecognizedtobedecliningduetovariousfactors. The physical health of middle school students has direct impact on national physiqueand middle school is the critical period for students’ physical growth when physicalexercise plays a key role in health. The subject ofthis study is the present situation ofphysical health of middle school students. While the Sino-vietnamese border area inChongzuo City is typically backward in Guangxi in economy, science and culture, thetest for students’physical health is poor, rare and seldom systematically investigated. The monitoring and testing of students’ physical health in border rural area inChongzuo City can borrow and benefit a lot from longitudinal comparative study on3-yearsussesivetestofjuniormiddlestudentsinthisarea.In this paper, literature review, testing method, questionnaire survey andMathematical statistics method are adopted to draw the conclusion by taking thestudents from Xialei Middle school, Shuolong Middle School in Daxin County,XiadongMiddleschool,ShuikouMiddleSchoolinLongzhouCounty,ShilangMiddleschool, Tongmian Middle School in Ningming County as the study objects, collectingtheir sussesive3-year physical test data and analysing their physical figures like heightand weight, their physical function like lung capacity and their physical quality likespeed,strengthandstamina.1. Physical figure: the junior middle school students in Sino-vietnamese borderrural area in Chongzuo City are poor in physical growth like height and weight due tobadnuitrition.2. Physical function: their cardio-pulmonary function is basically in a relative lowlevelwhilethelungcapacityisontheincreasealongwithage.3. Physical quality: their entire physical quality is on the increase with age whilecertain index like stamina is declining. The students in the same area show diversity inphysical quality, and especially the female students in different rural schools sharegreatergapsinshape, qualityandtotaltestresult. 4. evaluation of total physical survey: the comparsion of physical measuringshows that the physical height and weight of junior middle school students in this areaare a little poorer than average standard of national rural students with the same ageand gender. The comparsion of physical test shows that their average score is lowerthanthatofnationalruralstudents.Based on the above study, some suggestions are proposed as follow: firstly, thePE facilities, PE teaching faculty and their professional training in this area should beimproved; secondly, the PE educational idea should be renewed to guide the studentsto the health-come-first principle and the scientific and effective exercise; thirdly, morepromotionshouldbemadeforsportandexercisesafety.
