On The Construction Of A New Funding System For Postgraduate Of Local Universities

Along with the reform of graduate student training mechanism, thecomprehensive payment system will soon be put into practice since2014. In thissituation, the number of poor university students will continue to increase. To localcolleges and universities， which in order to attract outstanding studentsenrollment，also will be a great challenge. Local colleges and universities graduatestudent the construction of new funding system is imperative. This article is basedon this background and the analysis of the rationality and special funding for localgraduate of case investigation and the present situation of a local college. Thenthrough the excellent funding policy at home and abroad for reference to localcolleges and universities in China of new funding system construction providesSuggestions and countermeasures.This paper is divided into five chapters：The first chapter is the introduction, first elaborated the research background,significance, research ideas, research methods and related concepts. Secondly，tosort out and review the domestic and foreign research status of graduate studentfunding system.The second chapter clarifies the theory of postgraduate subsidy system,including history, core concept analysis as well as its theoretical basis, andanalyzes the particularityThe third chapter is based on a local colleges and universities in jiangxi，regard the full-time graduate student as the research object, by way ofquestionnaire and interview investigation about the present situation of its funding,analysis of the current main problems of local university graduate student fundingsystem, and further explore its reasons.The fourth chapter is based on the main contents and characteristics of theUnited States and Britain graduate student funding system. And the analysis andrelated interviews of domestic reform pilot school funding approach for text,seeking enlightenment and reference of the successful experience at home andabroad.The fifth chapter on the basis of above analysis, under the background of thepostgraduate education in China,proposed for local colleges and universities new funding system suggestion.Studies have shown that certain problems the funded status of graduatestudents in local universities in China, and will likely affect the postgraduateenrollment in local colleges and universities, in order to solve these problems, youneed to learn from the successful experience at home and abroad, thus proposedthe construction of postgraduate funding system of local colleges and universitiesin China.
