Research On The Efficiency Of The State Student Funding Of Colleges And Universities In Guangxi

Education is the power of this, is the people’s livelihood foundation, is an important foundation for social justice. Vigorously develop and improve the subsidy policy system of national students is a concrete manifestation of our Party People-oriented, the idea of governing for the people; let each individual equitable access to education rights, through the education fair to promote social justice, is the realization of the essence of national long period of stability, the requirement of building socialist harmonious society; help students difficult to lighten the economic burden of the family, is an important measure to guarantee and improve people’s livelihood. Therefore, the party and the country to vigorously develop the system of financial support policies for national students legitimate rights to protect the families of students to accept education. Since 2007, in the continuous development of the national student financial aid policy system under the exploration of Guangxi after several years of research, the basic set up of the student financial assistance management mechanism, but in the current construction of operational mechanism of student financial assistance management also is generally lack of work, smooth operation of financial aid to students pipe still exists many problems.Therefore, this study adopts questionnaire survey and interview survey, with the Guangxi College of Education as the object of study, the present situation and the existence question research funding management mechanism of college students in Guangxi. According to the results of the survey, funded qualification, funding organizations management and promote the development of students’problems. After the analysis of the main causes of these problems and the effective experience of the United States, Europe and Hong Kong and other developed countries and regions, this study puts forward some concrete measures for Guangxi universities to establish and perfect the management mechanism of student funding. First, perfect the supporting identification system; second, to strengthen the organization and management of equity funding; third, improve the student financial assistance management efficiency; fourth, to strengthen students’ development promotion; fifth, the construction of student information system; sixth, to expand the channels of raising the student financial assistance management of resources; seventh, constructing funded students professional management team.
