The orchestra in primary and secondary schools,which puts wind instrument playing,queue performance, dancing and body performance together,is a practical art form. It is a combination of dancing movements, lines, queue graphics changes in music to show the strength of its external melody, rhythm and speed, making music and travel plan an integral art form, with a strong artistic rendering. The development of the orchestra, under the help of its artistic appeal, making the participants feel the charm of music performance while travelling, getting the participants out of the old music learning mode,that is,"listened and sung".Students will actively participate in the school of music and cultural life, meanwhile,it will edify sentiment, improve aesthetic ability and enrich the campus culture.Along with the development of economy, politics, culture and education,the orchestra in primary and secondary schools is continually developing,not only its pace of development,but also its scale and its forms. Therefore, through the investigation and analysis of Nanchang City orchestra, after reading a lot of literature, the author summarizes the universal law of band organization and management of primary and secondary schools.In the first part of the paper, the author briefly introduces the development history of the orchestra; In the second part,problems in Nanchang City orchestra teaching were analyzed, and the band teaching organization and management experience were summed up; The third and the fourth part of primary and secondary school explain in detail the specific orchestra training and marching ability,as well as experience in traveling show scheme creation. Hope to offer some rational suggestions on development and teaching to the orchestra in primary and secondary schools at the present stage, making contributions to the development of the orchestra in primary and secondary schools.
