The "Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Education System Reform" issued by the Chinese government clearly points out that during the nine-year compulsory education period,we should not only pay attention to the all-round development of students' moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education,but also pay attention to the.blind,deaf and dumb,as well as the disabled and mentally retarded children special education.Visually impaired children as a special disadvantaged groups of the students,in terms of its visual defect is deaf children has more limitations,facing their own psychological pressure and social various aspects pressure is increasing,the personality development,interpersonal produced many influence,in the process of establishing and perfecting the visually impaired children's body and mind and personality development,Emotional teaching methods and good music education can play a positive role in the current education process for visually impaired children should pay special attention to the direction of education.The current education situation of Yangzhou Jasmine Wind Band is the main content of this paper,through the use of literature,interviews,questionnaires and other methods to carry out multiple theoretical and practical analysis.Starting from the music education of Jasmine Wind Band for blind children,this study consists of five parts.The introduction part mainly describes the purpose and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,and the research objects and methods.The first chapter mainly summarizes the positive significance of music education for visually impaired children,and proposes the positive role of sound and emotion education in the process of music education for visually impaired children.At the same time,this part also explains the social value and significance of yangzhou special education learning and Jasmine Orchestra for blind children.The second chapter mainly analyzes the teaching status of Jasmine Wind orchestra under the integration of sound and emotion through questionnaire survey and interview.The third chapter is based on "Music Curriculum standards" on how to improve the quality of the orchestra sound education analysis and research,and put forward some teaching suggestions.The fourth chapter is a summary of the full text,and the future development of jasmine Blind children orchestra is prospected.It is hoped that this research can help the orchestra improve the level of sound teaching for visually impaired children,and promote the development of music education for visually impaired children to a certain extent.
