Lifetime Sports is the pursuit of healthy living, maintaining the vitality of important lifestyle; lifelongsports reflects the civilization and progress of society, security is a continuous social development. Lifelongphysical ideas put forward not only change the content of school sports, school sports also indicate aclearer long-term goal. School Sports "passive sport " status, students weariness sports phenomenon willbe changed, the full implementation of lifelong sports oriented thinking "active sports","Happy Sport "practice, have a profound practical significance!Foothold in the research topic " college sports motivation training", the focus is lifelong sportsGuiding Henan college sports to learn, is to explore the factors affecting college students learningmotivation from the perspective of lifelong physical, through the cultivation of college sports andreasonable motivation, promote college sports enthusiasm for learning, to develop the habit of lifelongsports, the feasibility of proposed countermeasures for the long term development of school sports. Theresearch topics at the micro-level positioning, is a practical significance, research is focused on the use oflifelong physical ideas put forward strategies Henan college sports motivation training; policy learningmotivation of the proposed research training to have a certain difficulty lies innovative ideas and strongsystem operability. Zhengzhou University, Henan University, University of Science and Technology,Shangqiu Normal University, four universities in non-sports professional college students for the survey。According to Henan four college students were tested in the " Sports Motivation Questionnaire " inthe answer results, statistical data analysis, the following conclusions:(1)Four universities in Henan college students, the overall level of motivation from the point of viewof sports in grade school with significant differences, gender differences were not significant.(2)The content of learning motivation in choosing a simple task, the pursuit of learning in return,dependent on others evaluation, challenging, enthusiastic nature, the competition concerns six dimensionsof interpersonal differences were significant. Mean contents in descending order: choose a simple task,the pursuit of learning in return, dependent on others evaluation, challenging, enthusiastic nature, concernsinterpersonal competition. (3)Henan four schools students in challenging, extrinsic motivation: dependent on others forevaluation, selection simple tasks, the pursuit of learning orientation returns significantly different, butkeen nature, concern was no significant difference in interpersonal competition. Boys Sports Motivationdifferent schools there are significant differences, the girls there are also significant differences.Significant differences challenging, enthusiastic sex, choose a simple task, the pursuit of learning rewardsOrientation:(4)Motivation grade sports content the difference in enthusiasm and choose a simple task orientationsignificantly different girls in different grades of sports scores significantly different motivation, learningmotivation scores of boys grades obvious differences.(5)Four school boys in sports motivation content. Dependent on others in the evaluation, there wasno significant difference concerns the interpersonal competition.(6)Four school girls in sports motivation content: challenging, choose a simple task, the pursuit oflearning rewards orientation significant differences in enthusiastic sex, dependent on others for evaluation,concerns were no significant differences in interpersonal competition.Proposed training from the perspective of lifelong sports college sports good motivation approach:create a lifelong sports in Henan college campus atmosphere; sports college sports autonomous learningprocess to meet the learning needs; create conducive environment for learning motivation and training;emphasis on active sports college learning experience, enhance students’ sport happiness.
