Along with our country living standards improve, people’s life style also changed, excessive intake ofnutrition and modern high-tech facilities appear constantly, for the life of people brought the huge change,this kind of situation is a double-edged sword, have good effect, also has bad influence. Which, as arepresentative of the new generation of college students is the new way of life of the leading group, andbring new things to college students at the same time, a variety of unhealthy lifestyle also quietly born, leadto college students’ physical quality decline, under such situation, requires schools to improve students’physical fitness, but now most of the college students interested in sports participation is not high,participation motivation is not strong, the sports motivation is initiating factors of sports behavior, for thestudy of college students’ sports participation motivation of the influence factors of sports participationbehavior, this paper chose five ordinary full-time comprehensive universities, a random sample survey wasconducted among1000students, the results show that: health is the motivation of college students physicalexercise motivation, and male and female students in sports attitude and sports on the choice of difference;In addition, the school sports venues, sports facilities, etc, and its implications. In sports the purpose of theresearch, according to the survey: male college students pay more attention to interactive fitness, etc., whilefemale students pay more attention to improve posture beauty. College students’ sports participationmotivation and the strong correlation between exercise behavior.This article five non-professional sports in colleges and universities undergraduate students from thesurvey, research university sports exercise participation behavior and interest, purpose, environment, etc.The relationship between. Sports motivation size and behavior relationship is unbalanced. Show that collegestudents’ sports motivation and sports behavior is not completely consistent, there exist certain difference. Suggestion:1teachers should according to the actual circumstance of the students, separate male andfemale students in teaching, in sports, exercise intensity and exercise, meet different students’ learningpurpose. Physical education curriculum content Settings should be the guiding thought of lifetime sports,health education centered. Suggestion opened three years at the university required courses, electivecourses a year, or sports club. Curriculum setting of different exercise project course. Pay special attentionto sports theory class teaching, make students have stronger theory basis, the sports have a more objectiveunderstanding; To form the correct sports attitude, sports values.
