| Objective:Institutions of higher learning is a learning society construction, innovative the force of the society, the staff innovation ability is the main symbol of high-level university. Information query behavior is helpful to grasp the progress of the research dynamic, pioneering ideas, to avoid duplication of effort, the research level referred to a new height, improve the scientific research personnel information query behavior can indirectly promote the innovation behavior. This study was to explore the project team of scientific research personnel information query behavior and the interaction mechanism of innovation behavior, compare different project level of scientific research personnel information query, differences between the behavior and innovation to improve the information query behavior and innovation behavior, formulate the corresponding countermeasures.Methods:Using literature analysis, expert interview,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis to conduct a survey of52project team in Changzhi Medical College to empirically study the correlation of scientific researchers’ information seeking behavior and innovation ehavior,information need and information seeking behavior,information need and innovation behavior,and the influencing factors of information seeking behavior and innovation behavior of project team.Results:Changzhi medical college four levels project team information query behavior level is higher From the point of information query behavior scoring average, state-level scientific research project team information query behavior score the highest M=4.59, From the city bureau of scientific research project team the worst,M=3.61,National scientific research project team information consciousness, information retrieval, information evaluation, information organization, information collaboration and information ethics are stronger than the provincial level, ShiTingJi, ShiJuJi research project team; Different gender information evaluation of science research ability to men than women, and women’ information ethics than men,Query information behavior as a whole to the dependent variable, with six dimensions namely information query behavior information consciousness, information evaluation, information morality, information acquisition, information organization, information collaboration as the independent variable regression equation shows that the influence of the information organization using the information query behavior, and the influence of information consciousness is minimalChangzhi medical college four levels innovation behavior level is higher, the project team from the point of innovation behavior scoring average, innovation behavior of national scientific research project teams score the highest M=4.28, ShiJuJi research project team scored lowest,M=3.38; Innovation behavior of different gender researchers, the male of the innovation consciousness, innovation, characteristics and its environment and overall stronger than women generally, establish overall innovation behavior as the dependent variable, with innovation behavior of three dimensions namely, innovation consciousness, innovation environment, innovation traits as independent variables of regression equation, is three dimensions and there are significant relationships between innovation behavior, the introduction of equation, in order of innovative consciousness of innovation behavior, and innovative characteristics of the minimal impact, namely people possess innovative consciousness relatively make innovation actions more likely.Changzhi medical college four levels project team information needs, and there were significant differences among different dimensions, from the average level in national research in information demand, on the whole, or highest scores on each dimension are high (the higher the score, the level of demand information), namely the four mode, the national scientific research personnel the greatest demand information, at the same time, carries on the comparison to two dimension of information demand, the result shows:the four project team in the target information needs dimension score is relatively high, i.e., according to the target for the situation of the information demand more.Scientific research personnel information query behavior under the project team and innovation behavior and their respective contains the various dimensions of Pearson correlation analysis, the results showed that under the mode of the project team of scientific research personnel information query behavior and its various dimensions and innovation behavior and its various dimensions are significant positive correlation between. Innovation behavior, innovation consciousness, innovation characteristics and information behavior, and relatively strong correlation between the weak correlation between innovation environment; Innovation behavior and information query behavior and its present relatively strong correlation between each dimension, and information query behavior and innovation behavior, innovation consciousness, innovation quality, there is also a relatively strong correlation between and the correlation between innovation environment and weak.Results:the project team researcher information demand and information query behavior and its correlated six dimensions.
