| This study takes Shanghai International Studies University as an example to explore how foreign language college instructors conduct ideological and political education for college students.According to the study,the majority of foreign language college instructors are female and majoring in linguistics.The characteristics of students are: more foreign students,more female students,more language majors and a wider international perspective.According to the classification of foreign students and domestic students,the author summarizes the ideological and political education practice of foreign students in Shanghai International Studies University as “four combinations”,and the ideological and political education practice of domestic students as “five combinations”,and answers the main question of how college students' ideological and political education can be carried out by instructors.Introduction,This part explairs the research background,research status,research ideas,research methods,research significance and innovation.In terms of research objects,this study highlights the ideological and political characteristics of foreign language colleges and universities.In terms of the research content,this study summarizes the ideological and political education of students in Shanghai International Studies University as “nine combinations”,which highlights the research significance and innovation of this paper.Chapter one,the subject and object analysis.The characteristics of the instructor group are high education,more women and more language majors.The college students are characterized by many female students,many foreign students,many language majors and a wide international field of vision.The second chapter,the practice of ideological and political education for college students.Practice can be summarized as “nine combinations”: combination of classroom teaching and extracurricular practice,combination of knowledge teaching and research learning,combination of language learning and cultural conservation,combination of professional education and ideological and political education;combination of Party construction and league construction,combination of ideological and political education and professional learning,combination of network education and offline ideological and political education,combination of ideological and political work and service management,combination of the solution of ideological problems and practical psychological problems.The third chapter,measures to improve the ideological and political education of foreign language college students.In the ideological and political education of foreign students,it is necessary to strengthen the ideological and political education of foreign students through multiple channels,to create a comprehensive learning atmosphere for foreign students,and to build a professional foreign student management team.In the ideological and political education of college students in China,it is necessary to enhance counselors' professional identity,strengthen counselors' ideological and political work ability,and improve the “three overall education” mechanism.Conclusion,after fully discussing the practice and countermeasures of the instructors of Shanghai International Studies University in carrying out the research of ideological and political education for college students,this paper summarizes the deficiencies of the research and gives some suggestions for further research. |
