It is the education activity that teachers and students, from which they canunderstand,communicate, dialogue each other, leading to some agreements together.Therefore, the relationships among teachers and their students are the manifestation ofteaching activity as well as education itself, in addition to the background ofeducation happened. The interaction and commutation result in an interaction mainrelationship, which include the acknowledgment and acceptance of individualuniqueness, and enrich the soul. In this relationship, teachers and their guys exist asunique sprint syntheses, and interaction with each other as integrity people.This study based on previous relative research and made some breakthroughs toreassess teachers and students relationship in the view of main relationship. Dependon the methodology of ‘relation thought’, the research view and writing of mainrelationship as well as constructivism,who will bring us with a whole new thoughtstyle, a kind of relationships among them suit with teaching during new period andfeasibility route have been discussed and presented in this article.The subject is the objective reality with subjective spirit. However, a person withsubjectivity is the subject, and also has the initiative, autonomy and creativity.Authoritative guide is to highlight the authority of teachers, but also to show thesubject creativity. While self-construction is the reflection and respond of subjectivitythat demands person in the pursuit of development and in practice of construction. Ineducational activities, subjectivity reflects both the educators and educated-person, soteacher-student relationship is also the relationship of subjects. Educationalintersubjectivity, understanding educational subject and treating advantages betweenthose relations, achieve challenges of the main concept of past education andeducational activities. It raises a new breakthrough and idea for understanding educational subject and coping with the relationship between subject and object.Therefore, it is necessary to make it highlight and become criterion for dealingintersubjective relationship.
