The relationship between teachers and students is the most important and basic relationship and it is throughout the teaching process.It is broght into sharp focus by the workers and researchers in the field of education.They have done many useful attempts from all aspects of the relationship between teachers and students,making great contribution to promoting the development of harmonious relationship between teachers and students.While there are many problems in the classroom,like the indifference and conflict and so on.Once these problems can not be settled effectively,the teaching effect will be influenced.As the only foreign language course in the middle school,English is characterized by large numbers of vocabularies and complex grammar system,thus increasing the difficulty of reading and writing.Many experts and scholars home and abroad have done much research on the teacher-student relationship in high school from different aspects and have gained lots of achievements.The paper tries to provide some practical advice to build new relationship between teachers and students from the aspect of intersubjectivity.This paper mainly uses literature study,questionnaire survey and interview method. The author makes an attempt to build the intersubjective relationship between teachers and students in high school from the following five parts: Part one,introduction of the paper,containing the reasons of choosing the topic,ideas of the research,boundary of conception,theoretical basis and meaning of the paper,hoping to improve the status of the relationship between teachers and students in high school and increase the effect of English class.Part two,investigation and analysis of the present situation of the teacher-student relationship in class of high school,trying to find out the problems and solutions of the relationship by means of sending out the questionnaires and interviewing the teachers and students.Part three,the necessity of constructing the intersubjective relationship between teachers and students in the English class of high school,discussing the necessity from the following three elements:the need of English instruction in high school,the demand of the era and the significance of building the intersubjective relationship between teachers and students.Part four,the construction of the intersubjective relationship between teachers and students in English class of high school,analyzing the principles and putting forward some strategies from four aspects.Part five,conclusion,summarizing the paper and making introspection of the paper.
