"Social work" is foreign thing with a short history in higher education in our country, but develops rapidly. Since the establishment of social work in the department of sociology in Peking University in1989, it has been established for25years. There has been more than200colleges and universities opening up the social work major in China and there are almost1000graduates graduating from the social work major. However, the professionalism which integrates with education appears extremely weak, which gives rise to the "rapid development" of social work education and relatively "cold" of other institutions. The university students major in social work face strong pressure on employment. There are10colleges and universities setting up social work major in Heilongjiang Province. The students major in social work are lack of ideas of career planning education and the career fitting with social work major is less and the employment is difficult, resulting in the lower satisfaction of employment of university students major in social work and the loss of large qualities of social work talents. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out targeted career planning education for university students major in social work in order to make students fully understand themselves, correctly cognize social work major, dig their own advantages, clarify career values and fully improve employability. Based on the understanding of the work world, be sure about our own career goals and make continuous efforts and rationally choose career is particularly important.This article is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction, mainly introduced the selected topic purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad and the research of the main methods. The second part is the summary of professional college students’career planning education of social work, mainly to define the concept, the author analyzes the characteristic of social work professional university concluded, at the same time introduces the professional social work the main content of college students’ career planning education. The third part is the social work professional college students’ career planprovinces cation in heilongjiang provinces. the analysis of the causes of in present situation and social work professional college students’ career planning education in heilongjiang provinces have obtained certaachievements. but there is still a lack of local education concept, teaching content lack of systematic, targeted, teaching form is single, education service system is not sounded, the problem such as lack of teachers, the main reason is the inadequate strength of the national policy tilt, enforcement is not strong, the importance of various colleges and universities is not enough, the students lack of goal planning consciousness, lack of family education career planning education concept, etc. The fourth part is mainly aimed at professional social work in heilongjiang province, the problems of college students’career planning education, from the education concept, the principle of education, education content, education method, education service system, and several aspects of the teachers troop construction, puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.
