Jiangsu Province, Social Physical Education Students In Career Planning Research

The four years in university has been considered a turning point which can change one's destiny. Also it is a critical period of the development of one's life. However, in recent years, because of the enrollment expansion of university and financial crisis, the employments of graduates become more and more difficult. This undoubtedly has brought a panic to society, school, family and individual. Therefore, people often ask: "Four years for college, Why?"Because of the particularity of its subject, the employment situation of the students which major in social sports becomes more severe. Career planning can offer a way for the employment of the students which major in social sports. It could help them clearly identify themselves; know well about the environment; clear their goals; and formulate the implementation scheme clearly. Therefore, it can prompt them planning learning, training and living of their life reasonably. Then, when they go out of the ivory tower, they can step towards their ideal career smoothly.Through the research methods of literature, questionnaire, interview investigation, logical analysis and mathematical statistics, the paper expounds the present situation of career planning at home and abroad, and it defines the concept of career planning of the students of social sports professional. Through investigation, first, the paper analyzed the features of the career planning of the students which major in social sports, and it including:the cognition and the recognition of career planning; the situation of self-cognition; career preparation; and the characteristics of vocational value orientation. Secondly, the paper analyzed the factors which influenced the career planning of the students of social sports, including schools, the students themselves, family factors and social environment factors. Then, the paper put forward the scheme of integrated system of career planning for the students which major in social sports. Finally, this article put forward the program which can help the social sports students plan their career.
