Universities need exceptional leaders. An excellent leader will be able toknow how to enable teachers to enhance Teachers’ Job Satisfaction andreduce Teachers’ Workplace Deviance Behavior to reduce the damage oforganization or members, thus retain good teachers. Education is more andmore intentioned by people, and the key to personnel training is teacher andgood teachers are an important basis for the level of university. UniversityMiddle Managers are the most important role as a bridge because they areclosely related to teachers. And their Leadership Style can affect jobSatisfaction of Teachers and Teacher’s Behavior directly or indirectly. Thispaper mainly discusses about the relation of University College Leaders’Servant-oriented Leadership Style, Teachers Job Satisfaction and Teachers’Workplace Deviance Behavior. Teacher Job Satisfaction plays anintermediary role between the other two.In this paper, there are two study objects, the University of South China,Hunan Institute of Technology in Hengyang City. We use a questionnairesurvey, and obtained247valid questionnaires. Then we use SPSS19.0to testdata’s reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and hypothesistesting of regression analysis. And we found that the relationship betweenthe University College Leaders’ Servant-oriented Leadership Style, Teachers’Job Satisfaction and Teachers’ Workplace Deviance Behavior:(1) In theUniversity of South China and Hunan Institute of Technology, the overalllevel of Service-oriented Leadership are high, and there is a significantpositive effect on Teacher Satisfaction.(2) College-level leadership servantleadership is also beneficial to reduce teachers’ interpersonal deviation.(3)Teacher Satisfaction also helps to reduce teachers’ interpersonal deviation.(4)Service Leadership reduces interpersonal deviations teachers are to reflectfully mediated through teacher satisfaction.(5) However, whether it isservice-oriented leadership, or teacher satisfaction, organizational deviations were no significant effect of teachers. Finally,we get the conclusion and givesome useful advice.
