Study On The Relationship Between The College Student Career Self-efficacy And Career Orientation

College students are a group of bearing historical mission and highexpectations of a special social group,the are the construction ofsocialism in our country and the great Chinese dreams main source oftalent.Along with the economic and social development,however,theexisting distuibution system of colleges and universities gradually formof the collapse of the drink market employment system makes todayscollege students employment attention to college students employmentguidance work.This study based on the understanding of university graduates,thedevelopment situation of career self-efficacy and career tendency analysisof university graduates in these two aspects on the existing problems andthe causes of problems,and USES of self-efficacy scale and careertendency scale,undertake to the student questionnaire to survey resultsusing independent sample t test,analysis of variance,correlation analysisand regression analysis and other statistical methods were studied.Basedon this,advance some countermeasures,in order to improve the universitygraduates to the understanding of the career self-cfficacy and careerorientation,correct understanding of self and analyze the self,to formproper self assessment,review and to analyze their moment ofintrospection,recognizing their own strengths and weaknesses,and findingtheir own career choices,knowing the real motives for jobs,anddeveloping a suitable for their own career planning,being a successfulemployment at last.
