The research foucusde on college students transferring specialities, it analysed the impact factors of college students transferring specialities. On this basis, selected the 854 college students who were from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Wuhan University to carry out surveies about career exploration scale and career decision-making self-efficacy scale. It analysed the impact of demographic variables on career exploration and career decision-making self-efficacy, and compared college students who transferring specialities to ordinary college students on the scales of career esploration and career decision-making self-efficacy. The study investigated the relations among the research variables, used structural multi-regressive model and other satistica methods.The conclusions have been summarized as follows:Firstly, the admission order of college entrance examination was the impact of a factor for college students transferring specialities. Of which "non-first choice" of college students transferring specialities'ratio were higher than that of "the taking of first choice" college students. At the time of volunteering to complete college entrance examination, the comprehending of specialities also was a impact factor of college students transferring specialities.The levels of the comprehending of specialities of college students who transferring specialities were lower than ordinary college students.Secondly, the reasons for college student's transferring specialities focused on some aspects: First, by specialities were not coincidences with personal interests; Second, the employment rate and employment professionals were not satisfied with the direction; Third, were not satisfied with the specialities curriculum.Thirdly, some demography variables such as grade, one-child or not, home location have no significant difference with the career exploration.But gender have significant difference with career exploration.Fourthly, some demography variables such as gender, one-child or not have no significant difference with the career decision-making self-efficacy. But, grade and home location have significant difference with the career decision-making self-efficacy.Fifthly, the status of career exploration and career decision-making self-efficacy of college students who transferring specialities were higher than the ordinary college students and this difference was significant. College students who transferring specialities evaluationed the behavior of re-choosing specialities, which was positively correlated with career exploration and career decision-making self-efficacy. Rationaly transferred specialities was in favor of the development of career exploration and career decision-making self-efficacy.Sixthly, this study showed that career exploration was positively correlated with career decision-making self-efficacy, and career exploration have a positive prediction to career decision-making self-efficacy.
