Research On The Cultivating Of New Professional Farmers In Huzhou

China is an agricultural country. In our country, the farmers are not only the major part of the people who build a new socialist countryside, but also the main force of the members who realize the agricultural modernization. Nowadays, the quality of the agricultural labor force is not high, while the existing training projects are difficult to meet the demand for the improvement of the labor quality in the development of modern agriculture. Central NO.1Document in2012which puts forward the policy of "Fostering new professional farmers " for the first time is one of the countermeasures to this problem. Therefore, it is the basic work, strategic task and urgent affairs to foster the new professional farmers.According to the social progress, the economic development and the agricultural characteristics in Huzhou, the paper will put forward the three strategies which is the guarantee measures, the effective model and the new cultivating methods of "Fostering new professional farmers ", combining with the construction of "Family farms". The main methods are to analyze the situation of the rural labor force training, the relationship between the rural labor force education level and family income, the problems and countermeasures in the process of exploring ways of training new professional farmers. It is a practical research, which can promote the cultivation of the new professional farmers in region as well as in other areas.
