Modernization strongly requests the development of vocational education.The vocational education directly serves the China’s construction of socialist marketeconomy and social utility personnel. No matter secondary vocational education or highervocational education, it should have a comprehensive development. This is the inevitablerequirement that to speed up the implementation of talent strategy, the strategy ofdeveloping the country by relying on science and education, and building a powerfulcountry of human resources. Paying attention to seeking new teaching methods anddeveloping new ways to train application talent has become a distinct trend in vocationaleducation."There would be no high-quality industrial workers if there is no high level of vocationaleducation", we must value teaching methods of vocational education, develop teachingmodel of train students’ capacity of learning and developing. Therefore, it is necessary tostudy the innovation of vocational education model; establish comprehensive, scientific,andrational teaching methods to directly guide students to launch learning activities; design adetailed, scientific, practical and relevant evaluation system, which would measure learningcontent, process, outcomes, etc. to assess and supervise various types of vocational schoolsteaching activities.Currently,thetraditionalteachingmodelisclearlynolongersuitedtothetimes,andsecondary vocational education strongly appeal the production of new adaptable teachingmodel. Based on these requirements, according to the characteristics of students who arefrom Henan Business of Secondary Vocational School, it is developed a detailed researchprogram. According to some researches," SanFang Teaching "model, which is “looking tothe future and developing lesson plans; conducting a free hand and guiding classroominstruction; assuring to observe the implementation of internship training”, has beendeveloped.
