| At the end of the 21st century,innovation and entrepreneurship education has become a crucial part of the employment and entrepreneurship process of secondary vocational college graduates.With the need of economic and social development,the state and society pay more and more attention to the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.As an important part of China’s education system,local secondary vocational colleges shoulder an important mission in building an innovative country,promoting the implementation of the strategy of innovation driven development driven by innovation and entrepreneurship education,and training high quality talents for local colleges and universities.However,in the process of education and teaching,some local secondary vocational colleges neglect the cultivation of students’ practical ability and innovative ability,and can not meet the practical needs of students’ growth and talents.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to be solved in the development process of local colleges and universities at the present stage to promote the organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education and focus on cultivating high quality and all round employment and entrepreneurship talents.Based on Lhasa second secondary vocational technical school(hereinafter referred to as the two jobs in Lhasa)Chinese food cooking and nutrition meals(hereinafter referred to as Chinese professional)the actual development situation,aims to build unique local characteristics of innovative entrepreneurship education into the path of professional education,promote innovation entrepreneurship education depth into the Chinese professional education,promote the teaching reform of Chinese professional education,promote students’ employment ability,alleviate innovative entrepreneurial talent demand in Lhasa,Lhasa,the Chinese food industry rapid development.Theory+practice,through adopting the research methods of combining online and off-line to Lhasa two Chinese students and the teachers as the research object,from the innovation entrepreneurship education into the professional education of cognitive concept,course system,teaching staff,organize five linkage mechanism and the dimensions analysis of Lhasa two position of Chinese professional education development present situation.Then,SPSS26.0 was used to sort out the collected questionnaires,trying to theoretically clarify the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,promote the integration of the two,and cultivate high quality talents.This paper,taking "innovation entrepreneurship education into the professional education" as the breakthrough point,through literature research,questionnaire and semi-structured interview research method,revolves around the theme content,has been clear about the entrepreneurship education into the professional education "organic" innovation significance,combined with the current status of integration,the innovation entrepreneurship education in vocational schools actively explore the problems existing in the professional education,research data shows that the following questions: one is the cognitive idea lacking;Second,the curriculum system needs to be improved;Third,the teaching system needs to be strengthened;Fourth,linkage mechanism still needs to be built;Fifth,the development of the organizational system is lagging behind,and it is still necessary to build a practice platform for the organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education.Based on the above problems,certain obstacles have been caused to the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education.In order to promote the in-depth integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education and optimize the education and teaching mode of secondary vocational colleges,this paper puts forward several specific suggestions based on the practical problems: First,concept integration: establish diversified training objectives;Second,curriculum integration:building a multi-level curriculum system;(Add professional innovation and entrepreneurship courses;Embed innovation and entrepreneurship teaching content with classroom teaching as the carrier;Taking practice teaching as the channel to carry innovation and entrepreneurship teaching content;The integration of the first classroom and the second classroom cultures)the third is the integration of teachers:to build a diverse team of teachers;(Adjust the structure of school teachers;Encourage teachers to devote themselves to the research of mass entrepreneurship education;Perfect the teacher training mechanism;)Fourth,mechanism integration: constructing the tripartite linkage mechanism of government,enterprise and university;Fifth,organizational integration: the construction of multi-level leadership organization in the school.Based on the field survey of the Chinese food major of the second vocational school in Lhasa,this paper analyzes the important factor affecting the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education,and puts forward innovative development paths from multiple perspectives.It is expected that the innovation and entrepreneurship education of the second vocational school in Lhasa can be effectively carried out. |
