Research On Related Problems Of Legislation Of Social Work In China

There is a close relationship between law and social work. Law is both the importantways of social work and the means of development to promote the social wok industry.The social wok industry has developed rapidly in recent years but the relatied legislationlag behind greatly that it has become the bottleneck of the development of the socialwork industry in our country. For this reason, to spend up the progress of legislation inthis field will promote the development of social work in our country. Since thelegislation of social wok lag behind, the study in the field has also been neglected. Thispaper takes legislation of social work as its subject and engaged in the related studies.The paper consists of five parts. First is the introduction and the summary of relateddocunments. In this patt yhe relatde practices in home and abroad are briefly in troducedand commented. The first chapter is about the importance of social work legislation tothe construction of harmonions sociaty. The second chapter is the theoretioned study ofthe native of social work legislation. In this chapter there is a systematic and deep studyof the argumemtation that whether the social work legislation in our our country is tomake social law or executive law. The third chapter is about the main generative way ofscocial work legislation in our our country. The parts shows that the social worklegislation in our our country can be made in the form of transplanting scocial worklegislation of other country or drawing the experience of them. It can also be formed bymaking law from ethics or form policy. The fourth chapter is the anticipation of thesocial work legislation in our our country. In this part, some anticipation of the socialwork legislation in our our country is made from three aspects.
