Social Work Service Problems Of Legal Regulation Of The Research In China

There are difficulties in any society,but in different times,different countries,the government to govern society,to solve the problem of social choice methods are different.In traditional society,a common solution is to seek help from relatives,in addition,the government will also be involved in support.With the urbanization,modernization,social structure,pattern of distribution of interests and ideology of members have had a hitherto unknown change,leading to social contradictions,social problems and social difficulties become more and more complicated.At this point,the traditional sense of the "almighty government" means of social governance management because of its high cost,loss of self organization,management,regulation,social members enthusiasm and creativity of the frustrations the defects have been unable to adapt to the change of the situation.In this context,the need to nurture a new force to enrich the social governance team.According to the domestic and foreign long-term practice shows that in modern society,relief and aid by relatives or the government is not enough to solve the difficulties,members of the society to maintain social order,more professional and more effective means of social work,is looking for the social disadvantaged groups.As the carrier of social work services in social work,such as the rapid development in recent years also like bamboo shoots after a spring rain dizzying.However,due to the lack of relevant legal system,many of them to "help people" for the purpose,and social service agencies try to use the professional social work methods are exposed:policy environment and policy system is not perfect,financial support,tax incentives,assessment supervision is not in place;insufficient capital investment,to attract talent,the start-up costs,equipment purchase costs,rent office space,utilities and property management fees for the serious shortage of investment;the overall scale is not large,and the economic and social development and social service needs of the masses are larger than the huge gap;unbalanced development,uneven service effect and the social identity problems of low degree.In summary,this paper starts from the basic theory of social work services,analyzes the concept and legal attributes,and combined with the actual situation of China's current research reality of the plight of the social work service organization in our country,based on the foreign relevant legislation to contrast and localization,draw favorable elements,and finally puts forward some suggestions on legal regulation the social work service institutions in china.
