In recent years, the social from all walks of life and moreattention to the mental health status of high school students more,research results also show that, the mental health status of seniorhigh school students is not optimistic. High school students arein the important period of physical and mental development, theirphysiological, psychological, and cultural knowledge, socialexperience changes in development, are inevitable in the studypressure, interpersonal, emotional encounter confusion, if notpromptly adjust, is likely to cause adverse impact on their lives.Therefore, the investigation and study of the mental health levelof senior high school students and countermeasures is of greatsignificance.The "Chinese middle school students mental health scale"(MSSMHS) of18high schools of different types in Guizhou provincea total of1783high school students were investigated, accordingto the survey results, from the gender, nationality, grade, schooltype, the source of students, psychological course to testdifference scale10dimensions in this situation, severalpsychological services, results show:1、The boys in two factors of anxiety and depression on the score lower than girls score; in the psychological unbalance factor boysscored higher than girls score; scale of other factors notsignificant gender differences.2、Interpersonal tensions and sensitive and maladaptive twofactors in senior high school students in Guizhou scored slightlyhigher than the high school student of ethnic minority, but thedifference was not significant; on other factors in senior middleschool students in Guizhou province were slightly lower than thehigh school student of ethnic minority, but the difference was notstatistically significant in.3、 A significant difference between grade in paranoia,interpersonal tensions and sensitive, depression and psychologicalunbalance factor; at the same time, single factor analysis ofvariance found differences in grade two factor forcing and anxietyof marginal significance.4、Different school types scale10factors are statisticallysignificant level.5、 Differences in hostility, interpersonal tensions andsensitivity, anxiety and adapt to adverse factors on differentsources of students have significantly, in paranoia and emotionalimbalance two factor score to marginal significance.6、psychological courses in obsessive compulsive symptom, hostility, anxiety, learning pressure, maladjustment, emotionalimbalance and psychological unbalance factor significantly.7、All the factors are the differences caused by differentpsychological service satisfaction significantly.In order to improve the level of mental health of senior high schoolstudents, we think, strategies for psychological health educationof high school students should be systematic, not the unilateralpower can achieve the ideal effect, society, school, family,students should become a member in the system. Set up specificallyfor students’ psychological health education mechanism, improvemental health counseling social mechanism; to strengthen thepsychological health education teachers, subject teachers toimprove psychological health education level, subject infiltrationmental health education; home school association, improve the levelof education of psychological health of parents; encourage studentsto face the psychological problems, actively participate in schoolactivities, in a timely manner through the school psychologicalteacher, psychological consultation and other ways to alleviatetheir psychological problems.
