Project Risk Management On The New Campus Construction Project Of Hebei Vocational&Technical College Of Building Materials

The new campus construction project of Hebei Vocational&Technical College of Building Materials is carried out to meet the national demand for highlevelprofessional personnel. Compared with the general architectural engineering construction projects, it has the characteristics of that it requires high safety coefficient, personnel is numerous and intensive, research and teaching facilities areconcentrated.Therefore, theoriginal applicationof risk management modelcan’tsatisiesthecharacteristicsof the project.This article starts from the University’s point of view. Proposed thatusing fuzzy analytic hierarchy to develop the analysis and research on the buildingmaterials College New Campus project. Them-ain contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, through analysing the background of the project construction,summarizing the theoretical results about the project risk analysis research all over the world and analysing the lack of theoretical achievements in public construction projects,taking this as the research target of my article and try to through the risk management of the new campus construction project of Hebei Vocational&Technical Collegeof Building Materials, building the new methods of risk management adapted to public construction projects, and hope to be able to provide guiding significance onconstruction of this kind of project.Secondly, through the introduction of the characteristics and the social significance of public projects, analysing the definition, characteristics, management principles,management process and other related theories of project risk management. To establish the theoretical basis and methods for the following in the aspect of risk evaluation index construction and analysis.Again,throughanalysing the source of risk to the new campus construction project of Hebei Vocational&Technical College of Building Materials,we get the main factors affecting the project risk indicators.Matrix model is established using fuzzy evaluation to analyze the strength of the new campus project risk, and then get the risk factors affecting the project progress.Finally, aiming at the possible risk factors in the project which mentioned above, based the project model analysis results,we will put forward a certain amountof risk control measures.
