Higher vocational college stadium is not only the implementation of physical education teaching, also is the best place to play sport. Comprehensive stadium and comprehensiveness is generally accepted. This also is the outdoor sports place incomparable advantages. Construction of higher vocational college’s stadium is not only an important infrastructure of the development of physical education in colleges and universities, and is citizens or residents to exercise important places. Then help to promote the development of national fitness. Yantai vocational college fully realize the lack of the stadium that will bring the serious influence on college teaching, the development of the sports activities, the influence to the college and the overall level of ascension. What is more, it is inconsistent with the title of national key vocational colleges. Therefore, on the basis of comprehensive quality of modern talented person concept, Yaitai vocational college is planning to build a gymnasium for students to study and play. Based on this background, the stadium construction of Yantai vocational college will do a good job in the construction project risk identification, analysis and deal with. In order to ensure the healthy operation. Firstly, this paper elaborates the theory of the basic construction project risk management theory, analyzing and summarizing, in order to provide theoretical guidance for the empirical research of this paper. Secondly, this paper mainly introduce the basic situation of Yantai vocational college gymnasium construction projects, and then applying the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to study a series of risk. In order to provide methodological guidance of risk countermeasures.This paper, through applying the method of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, identifies the risk of Yantai vocational college gymnasium construction project, and analysis the results in order to provide a basis for project risk management. Through quantitative analysis, this paper divides risks into the main risk, general risk and slight risk, and the overall of project risk belongs to "the general risk" which has great feasibility. Finally, in view of the project risk identification, analysis, and evaluation results, this paper puts forward strategies and measures.
