The Research To Balance Development Of Compulsory Education In Qiaoxi Distric In Zhangjiakou

The balanced development of compulsory education is the strategic task ofcompulsory education, the balanced development of education in a certain district isan important part of the balanced development of compulsory education. After yearsof efforts, the balanced development of compulsory education in our country has madegreat achievements, but there are still many problems. Therefore, it is very necessaryto study equalization of compulsory education. The Qiaoxi District in Zhangjiakou isan example for our study.In the introduction, it proposes the important theoretical and realistic meaning inthe research. It is described that Current situation and research at home and abroad.Then we put forward the research ideas and research method of this article. In thesecond chapter, the concept of compulsory education equalization are described firstly,then the theories are introduced related to equalization of the compulsory education,which include the fair of compulsory education and equal allocation of resources theory.On this basis, this paper introduces the present situation of the compulsory educationbalanced abroad and in our country.In the third chapter, focusing on the current situation about the balanceddevelopment of compulsory in Qiaoxi district in Zhangjiakou. Firstly introduces theachievements, then introduces the existing problems. In the fourth chapter, aiming atthese problems, solutions are proposed. These methods include the following aspects:speeding up economic development in order to provide financial support for theequalization of compulsory education; to perfect law of education;cultivate the highquality resources, to promote the balanced development; improve the status and treatmentof teachers; supporting for vulnerable groups and areas is the effective measures topromote balanced development; improve the educational fund, creat the compulsoryeducation finance system innovation; improve the supervision mechanism and incentivemechanism of the competent department in charge of education.Finally, in the conclusion, summarizes the research conclusion, and points out the weaknesses, proposes the further research direction.
