Current Situation And Countermeasures For Promoting Balanced Development Of Compulsory Education In Counties

With the development of China's economy,the center work of compulsory education is transferred from the overall popularization to the balanced development?At present,promoting the balanced development of compulsory education is a strategic choice to deepen the comprehensive reform of education field and accelerate the basic modernization of education.It is also the key support for building a well-off society in an all-round way.Domestic for the study of balanced development of compulsory education,however,pay more attention to theoretical and practical level research is relatively small,about the case study of county urban and rural compulsory education balanced development is lack,especially focus on economic less developed areas of the micro research.This study takes Jiangxi city of Yichun Province as an example,using literature research,comparative study of classification method and statistical analysis,based on the previous research and to carry out related research,through quantitative index,Theil index difference coefficient,on 2015 in Yichun city of Jiangxi Province Education Statistics has carried on the detailed analysis of.Jiangxi Province,Yichun city has 10 counties(cities,districts)the differences of the development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas,different types of school groups were compared;based on the analysis of problems,promote the balanced development of compulsory education in Yichun City,achievements and experience,put forward the underdeveloped areas to further promote balanced compulsory the development of education,1.accelerate the standardization of school construction,promote the equalization of school conditions;2.explore a variety of models,to alleviate urban school Taipan amount;3.improve the management of teachers,promoting teachers The source of balanced allocation;4.strengthen the management of education and teaching,to promote teaching quality equalization;four is to;5.pay more attention to vulnerable groups,to further promote the education fair Pu;6.improve the process of supervision and evaluation system,strengthen the responsibility of the government.
