The Monitor Role Impact On Junior High School Students’ Socialization

Junior high school students are in the earlier stage of the youth, this stage is thecrucial stage of individual`s socialization. At this stage, as the students are gradually fromhome to school and peer groups, school as an important place of peer group life, has animportant influence on junior middle school students socialization. Class as part of theschool, there is no doubt that it is the important place where the socialization of juniormiddle school students.Socialization is carried along with the role-playing, class roles are assigned todifferent students, whether this will have different impact on students`socialization, thespecific performance in what way. The author tried to answer these through the analysis ofsurvey data.The data used in this article is based on the“A high school junior middle schoolstudents social investigation in Henan” the survey of295students are in included in thisstudy. Whether as a monitor as the the independent variable, according to the length oftime served as monitor, the students are divided into the monitor and the general student;interpersonal、ideological values and self-improvement and development ability as theresearch of the dependent variable， The research result shows that:(1) The monitor and general student does not exist significant differences ininterpersonal aspect, friends are mainly their own school students.(2) Students study result has a certain influence on ideological values of juniormiddle school students.(3) The monitor and general student have some difference in self-improvement anddevelopment ability:there is no differences between Monitors and general students onlanguage skill and self emotional control;in terms of management ability and the ability ofto organize activities, the monitor is better than the general student.
