College students’ network information literacy is the new quality requirementsunder the background of information age in21st century. College students in Internetvirtual community must have the basic qualities, including basic information on theInternet, the Internet basic skills, such as the Internet basic moral, only have thesecontent, to adapt to the development of the Internet society, and to give full play totheir own subjective initiative, using the Internet, play the role of the Internet. Howthe network of college students information literacy, in relation to college students’own development, relationship to the development of the society, but also to thehealth of the network society, how to network literacy education, they shouldbecome the social from all walks of life should be the focus of attention, this is notonly a challenge to traditional moral education, is also the current network era forour new task put forward by the educators.This paper is divided into mainly three parts, the first is the networkinformation literacy education connotation, and its emergence and development ofgreat significance.
