With the rapid development of network information technology,the current,“the Internet” has fully into the fields of human social life,moist silent mode of existence and influence and changing human behavior patterns.Plasticity,and the formation of the contemporary college students are in ideological views,values are also more vulnerable to the Internet,especially vulnerable to the influence of many ideological trends in our society and all kinds of thoughts on the Internet.So,how to use the socialist core values led college students' network information literacy promotion,effective evasive and reduce adverse information on the network prompted college students,all kinds of negative impact on this “special group” the initiative.Make full use the network to the media for its comprehensive,rapid development of the land into “network of tide” the healthy development of the service,which is currently faced by colleges in China a major issues which need to be solved urgently.In this paper,the ideological and political education as the research perspective,introduced the "Internet" development,popularization process,explained the "Internet" on human society and the impact of this group of college students,and then analyzed the scientific connotation and characteristics of college students' network information literacy,Defines the scope of college students' network information literacy cultivation,and explains the content and requirements of network information literacy cultivation for college students.Through the design of questionnaires and carry out the questionnaire survey,to understand the status of college students network information literacy.On this basis,through the current situation of ideological and political education of college students in our country,we analyze the problems existing in the cultivation of college students' network information literacy.Finally,the authorputs forward the basic idea and the specific path of college students' network information literacy cultivation according to the existing problems.
