As the fastest growing acceptance of the Internet in the field of the fastest, most interested in the community front groups, college students are increasingly keen on the degree of network consumption. The convenience and real-time of the network consumption has been widely recognized by the college students, and has become an important part of the daily consumption of college students.College students as the successors of the future builders of our motherland, socialism with Chinese characteristics, the online consumer should keep rational thinking, seriously the superiority of network consumption, and avoid it as a virtual tool of adverse effects in the process of network consumer transactions in the become college students learning life is a good helper. Therefore, to regulate and guide as the main force of the high-tech era college students use the network correctly the network consumption is very necessary. In addition, active thinking of contemporary college students, for the weak resistance to new things, how to correctly guide the college students network consumption behavior, and promote their healthy growth and success become new topic of Ideological and political education of college students in the new period, is also a very challenging but significant strategic initiatives.Under the premise of this paper mainly through the literature research method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, combined with existing research results, in random interviews and a questionnaire survey in three universities in Liaoning Province were analyzed, the network consumption status of college students for research. First of all, this paper introduces the connotation of network consumption, and the development process of College Students’network consumption and the specific analysis of the types of consumption. Secondly, according to the research results, analysis the current situation of China’s college students network consumption, summed up the existing problems and negative impact on College Students’ study life, personality development, physical and mental health and other aspects. At the same time, it analyzes the reasons of the problems existing in the network consumption of college students. Finally, according to contemporary college students network consumption in the presence of problems and to their own learning affect the growth, from the perspective of Ideological and political education of respectively from the society, universities, families and students themselves four level present norms to guide college students health network consumption countermeasures.
