Business Process Improvement Of Teaching Management In MBA Education Of China University Of Petroleum

MBA education of our school is in the early stage of development, but has been facedwith the market of fierce competition. How to improve the process to improve the quality ofteaching management, so as to improve MBA teaching quality gradually, is of greatsignificance.After introducing the backgrounds and meanings of BPI of teaching management inMBA education of China University of Petroleum, the paper firstly investigates the currentsituation of MBA teaching management of China University of Petroleum by fieldinvestigation and interviewing method, which mainly consists of the MBA education generalsituation, organization structure of MBA center, main contents and processes of MBAteaching management. The main processes of MBA teaching management are courseconstruction process, teaching process, teaching quality evaluation process, graduate designmanagement process and education administration process.Then using the related theory and methods of Business Process Improvement, accordingto the relevant policy, files and the development ideas, the paper analyzes the varioussub-processes of teaching management, to identify the existing problems in them. In theanalysis of the sub-processes, the paper goes from the general to the sub, from the outside tothe inside, from description to analysis, from the basic process to the sub-processes.In view of the problems, the paper puts forward the guiding principles and overall goalsof the process optimization in teaching management process in MBA education of UPC, thuspresents the proposed optimization goals and optimizing project design of each sub-process inteaching management to optimize. Finally, the paper gives out the safeguards of processoptimization, hoping to give a hand to improve the whole teaching quality of the MBAeducation.
