A Study On Business Process Reengineering And Its Realization Of Teaching Management

Teaching management is the center in universities. In recent years, with the scale-up and diversification of the education, especially the implement of the credit system, it is more and more complicated for the teaching management process. Meanwhile, the disadvantages of the present system have disappeared. The situation can not fit for the requirement any more, which calls for the improvement of the teaching method in order to upgrade the teaching management level and promote the teaching quality and student cultivation.Business Process Reengineering is a method, described as"the fundamental reconsideration and the radical redesign of organizational processes, in order to achieve drastic improvement of current performance".
