With the development of the knowledge economy and also the application of the BPR theory in theoverseas education organizations, scholars and researching managers emphasizes the traditionalmanagement and the reengineering theory of Education organizations in China. In nowadays, themanagement and the teaching at the university are influenced by the Information Age, the traditionalmanagement mode and teaching approach must be changed as the knowledge and the economy is changingrapidly. It is the non-administration reform that quicken the pace of reform-that is management mode andteaching approaches. On the analysis on the problems of the management at the university, the aims arescientifically management, efficient service, and the satisfaction of the teachers and the students.This paper aims at analyzing management status, the reasons, the transformation of existing process atChangji University, based on the advanced enterprise management mode of business process reengineering(BPR).The main conclusions are as following:1.On analysis of the existing management at the university, we can find that the teaching managementmode in Colleges and universities must change as the time flies, the core stage of the reform is the processreengineering.2.Based on the business process reengineering theory, the clear aims are clear management principle,efficient service, simplified process of the solving the problem,projects integration of the tasks and theautomatic process management.3.Efficient service results from the cooperation of the different working departments. The monitoringof teaching quality is like a project, which can be divided into five parts: top-level designing project of theuniversity, talent training schedule, teaching daily management, teaching quality management, and theanalysis of teaching quality and the improvement.4.According to the data analysis of the administration process reengineering at the Changji University,the good administration process are the concept of improving the effectiveness of school management; toestablish files to manage the documents, good planning of the teaching management, monitoring of theteaching process, perfect information management platform.The application of the business process reengineering at the college is still in the exploratory stage.This paper tries to explore the functions of the teaching and managing system at the university, we hopethat our findings are good for your reform of managing system at the university.
