The Analysis Of The Integrated Management Information System Of Tangshan College

The2006-2020national informatization development strategy shows that we need tospeed up the pace of education scientific research informatization. It includes improving theinformatization level of basic education, higher education and vocational education;continuing to promote the rural modern distance education; realizing high quality educationresources sharing; promoting balanced development of the education. It requiresconstructing lifelong education system, developing of multi-level and interactive networkeducation training system, providing convenient citizen autonomic learning system. It alsopoint out that it is very important to establish and perfect the national education andscientific research basic condition platform, to increase the utilization level of educationand scientific research equipment network, to promote education and scientific researchresources sharing. National medium and long-term education reform and development planoutline (2010-2020) indicates that in order to accelerate the process of educationinformatization, the construction of education information infrastructure must beaccelerated. At the same time, the development and application of high quality educationresources must be strengthened, and the management information system of nationaleducation must be build.Along with the advancement of education informatization, the speeding up of schoolmanagement informatization, the improvement of the school management standardizationand normalization, based on the current situation of informatization construction of collegesand universities at home and abroad, this paper mainly focuses on constructing theintegrated management information system of Tangshan College. Firstly, it makes a briefintroduction of Tangshan College and analyzes the organizational structure of TangshanCollege. Secondly, based on the comprehension of the needs of different users from everylevel in the integrated management information system, it perfects the integratedmanagement information system. The aim of this paper is try to improve the ability ofcomprehensive analysis of information and to provide support for leadershipdecision-making. At the same time, it can improve the modernization level of education,eliminate the phenomenon of “information isolated island”, realize the integration ofuniversity management information through constructing of integrated managementinformation system in Tangshan College.
