| The duty of the secretary requires lifelong learning to be qualified. But thecurrent situation of secretary’s career training does not come up to expectations forthe lack of a unified and standardized system. As the development of theprofessionalism of secretary, to standardize the career training becomes more andmore significant. This essay tries to point out how to standardize the secretary’scareer training through analyzing the current situation, especially the deficiency,with document method,correlation method, questionnaire survey and case analysismethod, using the successful experiences of the career training of Americanadministrative professionals, the chartered public accountants and the lawyers forreference. There are six chapters. Chapter I is the purpose and relatedinformation of this research. Chapter II is the current situation and deficiency ofthe secretary’s career training. Chapter III is the experience of the career trainingof American administrative professionals. Chapter IV is the experience of thecareer training of the chartered public accountants and the lawyers in our country.Chapter V is the perspective of the secretary’s career training in China. Mostlyconsidering the duty of secretaries, we try to set up a rational training system withthe help of the society-wild resource. Chapter VI is the conclusion. |
