Undergraduate Secretary Major Curriculum Research

With the increasing demand for secretarial talents from all walks of life,the construction of secretarial professional courses has become a hot topic in colleges and universities.It is very important and necessary to construct a scientific and reasonable curriculum for secretarial major.This study mainly using the sampling survey method,interview method,text analysis,case study method and other methods,the undergraduate course setup of secretarial science were investigated,through the analysis of current situation and existing problems of secretarial science course,and the factors that influence the secretarial science specialties in the study of countermeasures mainly from the principle of curriculum aim,curriculum content,selection and basic requirements of the basic composition,the relationship between the proportion and arrange strategy is put forward,and from two aspects: social and education system guarantee mechanism is proposed.This study holds that there are still some problems in the curriculum setting of undergraduate secretarial science,including imprecise positioning of curriculum objectives,insufficient integration of curriculum contents and social needs,insufficient implementation of curriculum to fully reflect curriculum value,and the curriculum evaluation system still needs to be improved.The main factors that influence curriculum setting are social environment,education system and teaching ontology.These factors more or less affect the curriculum construction of secretarial science.This study further enriches the research results of secretarial courses and provides some ideas for improving the training programs of secretarial professionals.
