A Study Of Ideological And Political Work Of College Students In The Context Of The Socialization Of Logistics Reform

Since more than ten years ago, especially after the rapid development of the reform of the high school education management system and the socialization of the college logistics reform, the ideological and political work of college students has faced lots of new problems and new challenges, the ideas and action of college students have changed greatly. Prepared to more than ten years ago, today's college students' ideological and political conditions have been more complicated. The college students has divides continuously, and they have the complicated feature in the unitary and diversified viewpoint, independent and dependent actions, independent and sensitive consciousness, individual and common feeling. The college students' ideological and political work becomes more difficulty, the effect of the work becomes to descent and a lot of problem appears.For thinking how to resolve the above problem, taking the system innovation, work innovation and the theories innovation for basic stance, the paper focus on how to strengthen the college students' ideological and political work in the context of the socialization of logistics reform. The whole paper consists of three main aspects, introduction, body and conclusion. Chapter 1 is an introduction, mainly refers to the meaning, basic and analytical frame, research way of thinking and method of the subject.The body consists of five chapters. Chapter 2 mainly explores the basic history of the socialization of logistics reform in the high school, and after having analyzed the drawback of the traditional logistical management system and the history of the reform practice of the logistical socialization since the end of the last century, the paper summarizes the basic content, major achievements and features of the reform, which is the basis of the following study of the relations between the socialization of logistics reform and the college students' ideological and political work.Chapter 3 explores the conditions of today's college students' ideological and political work and the cause of the new problem, as well as the try to resolutions of the problem of each local high school. The paper argued that the cause of the new problem consists of two aspects. One is outside objective cause; another is the limit of the traditional model of college students' ideological and political work. The socialization of logistics reform in the high school is one of the important cause of the new problem, on which the influence of the internal, international, macro and micro cause converts and appears, for that, it becomes a key to the resolution of the today's college students' ideological and political work. The college students' ideological and political work in the context of the socialization of logistics reform has showed lots of new features, if we want to get the work well, we should grasp and aim for the features, then do our work.Chapter 4 explores how to innovate the college students' ideological and political work in the context of the socialization of logistics reform from system and mechanism, which are the core and the point of the full text.
