| With the popularization of higher education, most universities and graduatesmeet more and more severe employment pressure. Enterprise Education, as thesignificant measure to relief the employment pressure and enhance the students’comprehension quality, plays a very important role in the Higher Education. However,Enterprise Education in China appears to small proportion of college students’entrepreneurship and low success rate. Therefore, the paper makes the demandingsurvey of the entrepreneur cases on undergraduatesã€graduates and the graduates whohave already obtained employment and then begin entrepreneur, to explore theexisted enterprise education problems and analyze the reasons, which forms thescientific management system to improve the university enterprise education.The paper mainly analysis the enterprise cases of the three kind students(undergraduatesã€graduates and the graduates who have already obtained employmentand then begin entrepreneur) about the introduction of enterprise interviewersã€thebackground of enterprise interviewersã€the enterprise present of interviewers and theconsequence of University Enterprise Education. The cases study indicate theproblems in enterprise education as indefinite value orientationã€irrational coursesystemã€discordant teacher structureã€no strong enterprise atmosphere and thedeficient enterprise practice stages. Then excavates the main factors that lead toproblems: the rapidly growing of the social demand of university students’enterpriseã€the inadequate university enterprise education systemã€the week enterpriseawareness and ability of university studentã€the imperfect enterprise systemenvironment. Finally, put forward the countermeasures for the enterprise educationwhich based on the fourth chapter and absorbed the excellent experiences fromaboard with the Chinese characteristics to explore out the following countermeasures:correct education value orientationã€coordinate the teacher structureã€complete thepractice systemã€create harmonious enterprise atmosphere, which forms the scientificmanagement system to improve the university enterprise education.The main Innovation of this study is the case study method based on thequalitative analysis which enriches the methodology of entrepreneurship education research in a new perspective. And the paper makes the demanding survey of theentrepreneur cases on undergraduatesã€graduates and the graduates who have alreadyobtained employment and then begin entrepreneur, to put forward to establishingcultivation systemã€making a scientific entrepreneurship education curriculumsystemã€coordinating the teacher structureã€completing the practice system, creatingthe harmonious entrepreneurship environment at campus and society to improve theuniversity entrepreneurship education.The conclusions from the thirteen college students’ entrepreneurship caseschosen at random may not show all the existed problems in entrepreneurshipeducation, but all of them have a certain extent practical persuasive. |
