Urbanization has shifted a large number of rural people to cities,and the number of children in rural areas has decreased correspondingly.Many rural villages and teaching sites with poor conditions and poor teaching quality have been cancelled and merged to integrate rural education resources.But at the same time,urbanization has also brought resources to cities.The gap between urban and rural education has widened.Many primary school teachers have moved from rural areas to urban areas,and the mobility of rural teacher resources has increased greatly.In response to the problem of the stability of the rural teacher team since urbanization,the state has adopted corresponding measures,such as the introduction of some policies to stabilize the rural teacher team such as the special post teacher plan,the Rural Teacher Support Plan(2015-2020),These policies can steadily improve the overall quality of rural teachers,solve the problem of insufficient teachers in rural schools,and improve the quality of teaching in rural areas.However,the stability of the teaching team has not been well resolved,which will affect the quality of education in the entire rural area and the sustainable development of rural education.Based on this background,this article analyzes and studies the impact of urbanization on the stability of rural elementary school teachers,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and solutions to improve the stability of rural elementary school teachers.In order to understand the stability of the rural elementary school teachers since urbanization,this article takes a rural Q school in Shandong province as an example,and uses a combination of questionnaire surveys and interviews to investigate and analyze the changes in the teacher team.Understand and grasp the influencing factors of urbanization process on rural teachers.Through investigation,the thesis found that the number of teachers in this school was far from sufficient,and the proportion of outflow was large,and the structure of the teachers was unreasonable and unstable.At the same time,in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the stability of the school's teaching team: the issue of teacher treatment brought about by the urbanization process has not been resolved;the implementation of rural education policies in the process of urbanization is not in place;the withdrawal point and the school as a whole There are still inadequate conditions for running schools,and the school's overall schooling philosophy has not changed significantly after the withdrawal point and the school;after the withdrawal point and the school,many rural teachers are inconvenient to work.According to the aforementioned influencing factors of the stability of the teaching team,according to the current situation of the school's teaching team,the paper proposes policy suggestions and improvement measures for continuously improving the stability of the rural elementary school teacher team from four aspects: continue to improve the existing country's rural education Support policies;create new concepts for the management of rural elementary school teachers;comprehensively improve the ecological environment for rural elementary school education;explore new models for rural teacher training.This will improve the stability of rural elementary school teachers and provide references and suggestions for the development of rural education.
