Thought is the forerunner of action.A person's ideology has an important influence on his/her actions.Correct ideological consciousness is conducive to promoting personal development,and it is crucial to strengthen the correct guidance of ideological consciousness.Teenagers are the future of our country,their development is related to the country's development prospects,so what kind of people to train is of great significance.Ideological and political course is the main course of moral education and the main channel of ideological and political education for students in school.The teacher of ideological and political courses is the key to good ideological and political courses,which affects the effect of ideological and political education.The period of primary and secondary school is a critical period for the physical and mental development of primary and secondary school students.During this period,they are easily induced by adverse factors,so it is necessary to strengthen the effective guidance for the ideological development of primary and secondary school students through ideological and political courses to promote their adult success.Rural primary and secondary school left-behind children account for a large proportion,and only rely on the ancestral generation of education,disadvantages are quite big,this phenomenon is likely to have a negative impact on the formation of rural primary and secondary school students character and ideological and moral character.The physical and mental development characteristics of primary and secondary school students,the proportion of rural left-behind children is large,and the gap between generations of education is insufficient,which requires primary and secondary school ideological and political teachers to rely on ideological and political courses to give ideological guidance to students in school.A stable contingent of primary and secondary school ideological and political teachers is an important prerequisite to realize the role of ideological and political education.In recent years,while making achievements in the construction of ideological and political teachers in primary and secondary schools,the number of ideological and political teachers in rural primary and secondary schools is insufficient,and their professional ability is relatively low.Influenced by the "marginalization" ofideological and political teachers in primary and secondary schools,some ideological and political teachers have the reality that their professional identity is not high.Taking the ideological and political teachers in rural primary and secondary schools as the research object,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the stability of the ideological and political teachers in rural primary and secondary schools.Second,the theoretical basis of the research;Thirdly,the significance of the stability of ideological and political teachers in rural primary and secondary schools;Fourth,the lack of stability of the ideological and political teachers in rural primary and secondary schools;Fifth,the reasons affecting the stability of ideological and political teachers in rural primary and secondary schools;Six,rural primary and secondary school ideological and political teacher stability path.This paper focuses on revealing the unstable performance of the ideological and political teachers in rural primary and secondary schools and the causes of the instability.On this basis,it tries to find a better solution strategy,and strives to achieve the real stability of the quantity and quality of the ideological and political teachers in rural primary and secondary schools.
