Social capital refers to the mutual relation between individual and social organization,through interpersonal networks and norms of reciprocity and the behavior trust each other,that is people in social relations are in the position of the social resources from. Bankemployees’ job performance and social capital are closely related, as an important way tomaintain and establish sports social capital, will affect the bank staff sports participationbehavior. In order to understand the bank employee participation in sports influence behavioron individual performance, subject to the bank staff participation in sports as the core, startingfrom the angle of social capital, to summarize and research on related literature, and then tothe Bank of Ganzhou Nanchang Branch staff as the research object, by using the method ofquestionnaire, investigation and study, the accumulation of bank employee participation insports and bank staff personal social capital question of personal performance improvement.The results showed: the behavior has a positive impact on bank employees’ jobperformance of staff sports participating banks, each dimension bank staff sports participationbehavior has positive effect on employee social capital accumulation. To make a long storyshort, more connections to bank staff accumulated in sports participation in the process, theinfluence on the individual job performance is greater. Finally, from the perspective of socialcapital theory proposes bank employee participation in sports suggestions.
