College Student’s Moral Values Research

Moral values are the general and basic views in moral justice and reflect people’smoral value ideal which is the component of values system and divided into public ethicvalues, academic moral values and love and domestic moral values according to their ownmoral need of all kinds of moral phenomenon. Public ethic values can help collegestudents to understand public life and deal with different interests in it. Academic moralvalues can promote students’study in order to build up academic ideal and improveacademic behavior. To establish love and domestic moral values, college students canenhance family to be harmonious and achieve self-development. Moral values are helpfulin public life, academic relationship as well as family life.The paper adopts approach of literature survey and methods of questionnaire toobserve college students’moral values. It begins with the basic questions of moral values,including public ethics, academic moral and domestic moral and generalizes three causeswhich contain moral educational environment, moral educational methods and moraleducational object. The cause of moral educational environment is based on disruption ofChinese traditional moral, west unhealthy culture and misleading of public opinions. Thesecond cause covers moral cognitive education, moral emotion education and moralbehavior education. As moral educational object, college students choose personal interestsrather than moral value.In order to deal with the questions, the paper tries to take college media to beginmoral ideal education. In addition, paper introduces approaches of moral values educationsystems that enhance moral education. Third, this paper explores student associationincentive mechanism.
