With the development of the higher education popularization,a severeemployment circumstance bring about difficult problems to the students. Besides, thecurrent situation is that the market is saturated gradually, which also affects theemployment. For this reason, colleges should strengthen the education of careersguidance to improve the employment abilities of undergraduates, thus providing themideal patterns of employment and extensive employment space.Based on the university society, a breakthrough point, the students are guided torealize the social employment situation in the process of employment with the idealfaith education, so as to form the consciousness of career planning, and shape thecorrect outlook on talents and employment. With self learning as a starting point,university students set up the noble outlook on life and values under the guidance ofcollege students society which plays a leading role in order to promote students’personal qualities and abilities, and cultivate college students’ positive attitude andoptimistic state of mind. Therefore, this research on ideological and politicaleducation in colleges and universities has certain theoretical significance. There isalso a reference on college students’ society construction theory. It has positivepractical significance in improving the comprehensive competitiveness in society, forthe research on the university society can also help the cultural construction anddevelopment on campus.According to the questionnaire survey on the university society made inLiaoning Normal University, Inner Mongolia university of Science and Technology,Fushun Petroleum University and etc., the problems and countermeasures are putforward in the paper, such as utilitarian thoughts inadequate investment, insufficientattention to entrepreneurial society.The paper consists of four parts. The first part is introduction, discussing thebackground, research status at home and abroad, significance and purpose, research ideas and methods and innovative points. The second part is the literature review, inwhich the promoting role of society played in employment and the status quo ofcollege society are analyzed through the definition and types of the university society.In the third part, through a questionnaire on college students’ society, the deficienciesand their causes of university society guiding employment are analyzed, and thesociety with specific functions, entrepreneurial employment class associations areanalyzed and introduced in detail. In the fourth part, suggestions and countermeasuresto make full use of guiding role of college society are put forward and a prospect forfuture society’s development is made.
