In recent years,the employment situation which college students are faced with is not optimistic,the employment problem has become increasingly prominent,has become the focus of attention of all sectors of society.The employment situation of college graduates can be described in terms of "prosperous dilemma",which means that the number of graduates is strong and the number of graduates is strong.Dilemma is the recruitment of graduates and graduates are difficult to find a suitable job to achieve their ideal employment difficult.In other words,the formation of the "university graduates can not find the ideal job,the enterprise also can not recruit talent to match with the post," the employment gap".To cross the "employment gap",both from the talent needs of enterprises,and also from the university students to find their own reasons.At the same time,it can not be ignored that colleges and universities also play an important role in the employment process of College students.In this paper,we find out the factors that affect college students' employability and employment performance,so as to enhance the employability and employment performance.In practice,it is found that the role of grass-roots work is conducive to help students to clear their future employment direction,and in the course of work to better adapt to the requirements of the enterprise.Therefore,this article from the role of grass-roots work practice research for college students employment performance,qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,discusses the relationship between the various factors and the role of grass-roots work practice of College Students' employment ability and employment performance.Using SPSS and AMOS software to deal with the survey data to verify the proposed theoretical model,including reliability analysis,validity analysis,regression analysis and mediating effect test,and the empirical test results were analyzed and discussed,combined with the empirical conclusion.This paper probes into the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employability of college students and promote the improvement of College Students' employment performance from 4 aspects of college students themselves,colleges and universities,government and enterprises.According to the results of the empirical analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)the role of grassroots work has a significant positive impact on the employability of College students.There are significant positive effects of technological innovation activities and social practice activities on the dimensions of employability.(2)the role of grass-roots work practice has a significant positive impact on College Students' employment performance,each dimension of the grass-roots work role in the practice of college students to participate in social practice has a positive effect on job performance;technological innovation activities have significant influence on college students employment performance.(3)there is a significant positive correlation between employability and employment performance.In the various dimensions of employability,career cognitive ability and problem solving ability have a significant impact on job performance.(4)the employability of college students plays an intermediary role between the role of grass-roots work and employment performance.The part of the intermediary role between cognitive ability,problem solving ability occupation in science and technology innovation activities and employment performance;occupation ability,problem solving ability of cognition is a mediator between the social practice and employment performance;team learning ability in science and technology innovation activities and there is no mediating effect between team performance,no mediating effect between learning ability the social practice and employment performance.Based on the above conclusions,this article from the 4 aspects of college students,universities,government and enterprises are given suggestions on how to improve college students' employment ability and Employment Performance: for the development of college students to participate in practical activities,improve their practical ability and comprehensive ability;to strengthen the cooperation between school and university students to participate in practical activities to provide more channels and platforms in universities and enterprises;for the government attention to pertinence,feasibility and comprehensive policy support.
