A Research About Rural Construction Thought And Henanprovince Cooperative Cause Of Zigang Feng

Since modern times,with the wave of China modernization,urban modernization got developed to a certain extent. However, country of China has to undergo turmoil and shock continuously. Therefore, there were quite a number of far-sighted scholar who paid attention to revivement and flourish of rural society, Revivement of country gradually developed in the twenty and thirty years of twenty century. Zigang Feng, a scholarly official,not only is a famous scholar researching cooperative economy, but also is agriculture official in the National government of Nanjing. He took positively part in the Revivement of country in his special manners.First of all, the first part of this thesis investigate mainly the occupation of Zigang Feng by the empirical study. Zigang Feng, who has studied aboard in French and returned to the motherland, taught in Labor University of Shanghai, Zhejiang University, Nanjing Central University, Anhui University, Politic University of the Kuomintang and so forth. He participated in the knowledge network of cooperation circles in which the scholars’ common study direction was the Economy of agriculture and rural cooperation. On the basis of network centred on cooperative economy, Zigang Feng found or took part in kinds of educated associations, in order to reinforce the academic communication, such as The organization of New China agronomy, China Association of agriculture and so forth. Meantime, as the official, Zigang Feng contributed own knowledge to the rural construction.Secondly, the second part is the Zigang Feng thought of rural construction. Zigang Feng considered that to construct the rural society, investigation of country was first. In the process of investigation, Zigang Feng understood that the core of the rural construction was the economy of country, and gradually, he regarded the economy of country as his academic inclination. Moreover, in the course of rural society practice, Zigang Feng emphasized that the rural cooperative economy, whether agricultural consociation, industry cooperation, or union supply and marketing, not just was the important branch of the economy of country, but also was the effective manner of flourishing country. Unfortunately, the second War of Chinese and Japanese was broke. The cooperative thinking of Zigang Feng also changed. These changes included that attaching importance to farmer right and words became paying attention to efficiency and union of nation; valuing productive cooperation and industry union more than credit cooperation; emphasizing the economy function of cooperative changed into developing politic and cultural strength of cooperative.Finally, the third part probe into the development situation of Henan cooperative cause, in the period of Zigang Feng charging the department of Henan cooperative cause,especially during 1940 to 1942. It is certain that Zigang Feng’s the thought of cooperative economy have the positive effect on the development of Henan cooperative cause. But we all know that cruel war influenced the Henan cooperative cause badly.
