Rural education is a vital part of Chinese education, so improve the physical education quality in rural areas could has a positive impact to enhance the level of Chinese physical education and settle down the implementation of the national fitness policy. Henan province is located in the center of mainland; it is the first large province in population, as a result Henan province needs plenty of sport teachers. Since 2009, compulsory education in rural area, the special post teachers’ plan put into effect in the poverty-stricken counties in the Midwest provinces, Henan province rural education benefits from this a lot. The special post teachers in the rural education introduce the new teaching ideas, they are not afraid of poverty; at the same time they get the outstanding achievements in teaching. But the team is not stable enough; most of them choose to leave when the service after the expiration of the period, then they teach for a developed place with relatively good conditions. This paper mainly describes the special post teachers’ daily work, life habit, and personal emotional. I use a series of dimensions to carry out thorough investigations and studies. The goal is to fully understand the current situation of Henan province special post teachers, and try the best to solve the problems, which the teachers usually face with. All in all, the aim is to improve their service consciousness of rural education and promote the comprehensively development of the whole team.This paper conducted a sample survey to the Henan province special post teachers, the target is to find the existing problems in the process, also fill the leak and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the future development.(1) Since the special post plan implementation, the number of recruitment sports teacher is increasing year by year; many of them are new graduates, relatively young team. Most of them leave their hometown, and they are undergraduates.(2) The work carried out in the present, the sports teacher has a strong working ability, can generally handle many subjects. All the parents gave them a great deal of certainty.(3) In the emotional investigation, experts found that the special post teachers has a clear work motivation and a strong sense of occupation identity, they are also responsible for a good interpersonal relationships, and get along well with colleagues and leaders.(4) The special post teachers’ daily life problems: The special post plan caused confusion on their marriage, because of traffic inconvenience, leads to a reduction of the chance to communicate. Therefore, this phenomenon generates a lot of misunderstanding. Teachers live in a poor living condition, this circumstance makes them feel more uncomfortable; low welfare has an undesirable impact when they encounter in the work.(5) The problems existing in the daily work of the special post teachers: teachers are not focus on the professional development. On the job training and post-service education are imperfect. Post-service teachers do not pay attention to enhance their professional level. Teachers’ scientific research level is low; most of them in after entering the school have never published any academic articles.(6) The teachers’ team has great instability, the happiness index of this career is low, many teachers treat the special post career as a ‘springboard’, and they do not prepare to settle down.
