A Typical Case Study Of The Training Model Of Academic Type Of Postgraduate Students

With the popularization of higher education, post-graduate education has also achieved rapid development. However, with the expansion of post-graduate education scale, the quality of it has also received increasingly apprehension. It has become a common concern on how to improve the quality of post-graduate education by the reform of Post-Graduates Development Model.Within this paper, it mainly talks about the existing problems of academic postgraduate training model based on the cases of Jiangxi University of Finance and academic postgraduate training model reform, raising recommendations to local Financial Institutions Reform policies..This paper puts forward regarding compliance with the need to reform graduate academic problems, analyzing the causes of the problems, identifying appropriate policy recommendations to solve the problems.The Introduction part talks about why I choose this topic and its significance of the research by reviewing current researches, describing the author’s research ideas and methods, and defining several key concepts. Within the first part of this article, it expounds of the history of post-graduate training mode and analyzed the features of postgraduate training mode. After that, it summarizes the existing problems and challenges of postgraduate training model reform. Within the second part of the article, it mainly analyses the typical cases during the Jiangxi University of Finance and Academic Graduate Education Reform.It discusses the problems, introduces the specific process and analyzes the problems. Within the third part, it mainly gives policy recommendations to academic institutions in finance and economics graduate training mode reform, through elaborating different aspects, including specific curriculum, instructors, management etc.
