Reducing Function Of Sports Dance On The Stress Reaction Of Collegiate Students:the Mediating Role Of Social Confidence

This study selected 10 weeks of sports dance as a means of intervention, discussed the influence of sports dance on stress reaction and its psychological mechanism, in order to promote the psychological health of college students, and the set of school curriculum provides the basis of the theory and practice.This study adopted longitudinal study, using the method of psychology test, selected 96 students participated in experiment of non sports professional college students in Beijing City,64 in the group of sports dance (19.98±1.363 years old, male 11) as experimental group,32 in the group of Dao yin Yang sheng (19.03 ±.861 years old, male 9) as control group. The experimental materials for the "college students stress reaction characteristics of scale", "the feelings of inadequacy scale", using design of experiments repeated measurement. All the data used SPSS18.0 software package and Excel2007 for processing.The research results showed that:after 10 weeks of exercise intervention, "college students stress response characteristics of scale" in "negative emotions" and "anxiety" dimension of time * sports a significant interaction effect; "interaction disordered" dimensions of learning time * sports also significantly, but the direction contrary to their hypothesis "poor physical"; "negative" self ", "poor interpersonal relationship", and "sleep well" dimension, no significant changes before and after intervention. The results suggested that although the sports dance is not whole to reduce the stress reaction of college students, the "negative emotions" and "anxiety" has a positive effect to slow down.After 10 weeks of exercise intervention, students "sense of inferiority scale" in "social self-confidence" dimension of time * sports interactive effect is significant; but there are no significant changes in the aspects of the "self respect", "learning ability", "appearance", and "physical" dimensions. The results suggested that the sports dance though not the overall decrease in the college students’ sense of inferiority, effectively enhances the social confidence.This study further examined the "intermediary effect between social confidence" in the sports dance and stress reaction, the results found that social confidence has partial mediating role between the sports dance and college students negative emotion; social self-confidence has a completely mediating role between the sports dance and anxiety of College students.Conclusion:the sport dance for 10 weeks, can improve the positive role in social self-confidence, negative mood, anxiety, sports dance relative Dao yin Yang sheng group has obvious advantages of the project, and in the fifth week, the best intervention effectSports dance can not only directly to improve the college students negative emotion, but also be reduced by improving the negative emotion of college students social self-confidence, reducing anxiety.Suggestion:in the school sports teaching, open to Various forms of sports dance courses, especially for larger pressure reaction, inferiority stronger student.In follow-up study should continue to explore the psychological stress reaction mechanism and the way of more intervention.
